We have had an exceptional experience with Four Square Builders in finishing our basement. The entire effort was done in 30 work days from the time we had town approval to begin. The quality of the work was excellent. The estimates were generally fairly accurate to actual cost. Neal and Steve Berko worked with us to improve our initial plans for the basement, and to obtain all required permits from the town. They gave us a number of alternatives for handling different issues, and were flexible in making agreed-upon changes to our initial approach. Their subcontractors were reliable, organized and kept the work areas clean. We were always able to get status updates and resolve any concerns in a rapid manner. Steve met with town inspectors and arranged for necessary changes quickly and efficiently. All additional work to ensure that the final presentation was neat, clean and professional-looking was done to our satisfaction.
